Roger joined the Dillow-Taylor staff in 2014. He has been married to Brenda for 47 years, they have three daughters, Tanya Tisor (Mike), Leanne Sanders (Pete) and Andrea Dykes (Jeremy) and five grandchildren. He is a United States Air Force Veteran and worked with Diebold Inc. for 33 years. He graduated from Steed College with B.S. Degree in Business Administration and attended NESC for two years.
