Santo is married to his wife of 58 years, Brenda Martin Cicirello and they have three children, Sal, David and Sandy.

He is a member of Salem Presbyterian Church.

Santo was a Teacher and retired after 38 years. He was also a Football and Track official for over 50 years.

He has been a member of the Dillow-Taylor staff for eighteen years.
