Mrs. Barbara "Nanner" Frances Salts, of Telford, passed away on her 90th birthday, at her grandson’s home.

She was born on July 14, 1936, to the late Orville and Geneva Hammitt Warren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Clyde Gerald Salts, Sr.; son, Clyde G. Salts, Jr.; son, Ralph Andrew Salts; daughter, Carol Ann Salts Lady; grandson, Forrest Ian Salts; grandson, Marcus Salts; and several brothers and sisters.

Barbara spent her entire life being the most devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Her greatest joy was her family. She was a Christian and enjoyed reading her bible. When her health allowed, she loved to garden and could often be found sitting outside drinking her coffee and listening to the birds.

Survivors include her grandson, David Salts (April); granddaughter-in-law, Sandra Salts; daughter-in-law, Laura McGee; great-grandchildren, Forrest Fabian Salts (Myah Carson), Chase Andrew Salts, Hayden Ian Salts, Jayden Lynne Salts, David Alexander “Alex” Salts, and Patience Kay Matthews; great-great grandchildren, Saylor Mae, Isla Cove and two more on the way; sisters, Dolores Carolyn Johnson and Judy Walhberg.

Per Barbara’s request there will be no formal service but her remains will laid to rest with her husband at Mountain Home National Cemetery.

I grew up on Cedar Point and use to hang out in the 60s, early 70s with Jerry, Carol and Ralph. I had no idea Barbara was still around but I am so glad she lived a long life. Bless her and the Salts family! Barbara was always such a positive person and always kind to my family!
