Mrs. Olivene G. Shockley, age 92, of Jonesborough, passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at her home.

Olivene was born on April 3, 1933, to the late Otis and Carrie Graybeal, in Abingdon, Virginia.

She was a homemaker and a member of Johnson City Baptist Temple.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Morris Daniel Shockley; son, Randy Shockley; brothers, Hobart Graybeal and Everett Graybeal; sister, Lillian Scalf.

Survivors include sons, David Shockley, Bobby Shockley, Gary Shockley (Lisa) and Keith Shockley (Marsha); daughter, Jane Walters; grandchildren, Anthony Shockley, Benjamin Shockley, Elisabeth Shockley, Joe L. Shockley, Chris Shockley, Stephen Shockley, and Joseph A. Shockley; 14 great-grandchildren; brother, Larry Graybeal; several nieces and nephews.

A Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 AM, Monday, February 9, 2026, at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home. Graveside Services will follow at 11:00 AM, at Mountain Home National Cemetery with Rev. Gary Cole officiating.

Pallbearers will be Grandsons and Granddaughter.
