Mrs. Cathaleen Jean Miller, age 67, Limestone, passed away Sunday, January 25, 2026, at Johnson City Medical Center.

Cathaleen was born in Cleveland, Ohio on March 9, 1958, to the late John Barbour, Sr. & Carol Mathey Barbour. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Miller; sister-in-law, Judy Lynn Barbour; and brother-in-law, Gary Greer.

She spent her life caring for others as an LPN.

Survivors include her children, Andrea Compton and Joshua Compton; brother, John Barbour Jr.; sisters, Judy Jones (Keith) and Susan Howell; grandchildren, Julian Sellers, Bryleigh Compton, Karter Compton, Karson Compton, Karoline Compton; several nieces and nephews; cats, Izzy and Jazz.

A Visitation will be held from 12:00 to 2:00 PM, on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home.
