It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Mr. Brian Keith “Sammy” Clouse, age 57, Johnson City, Sunday, January 4, 2026, at Johnson City Medical Center.

Mr. Clouse was born in Greeneville, Tennessee on August 20, 1968, to the late Billy Joe & Fannie Elizabeth Davis Clouse. He was also preceded in death by grandparents, Namon & Ruby Davis, Joseph English, Delle Clouse, John Q. & Loskey R. English Briggs.

He was a member of Oak Glen Baptist Church.

Mr. Clouse was an assembly worker for John Deere.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Tammy Lyons Clouse, Johnson City; children, Brian Clouse Jr., Destiny Clouse (Alex), Anthony Saults (Alyssa), Brandon Clouse, and Rebecca Saults (Christian); first wife, June L. Tipton Clouse; grandchildren, Dallas and Piper Clouse; and a sister, Amber Clouse.

Memorial services will be conducted at a later date.
