
Mrs. Kimberly "Nana" Dawn Salisbury, age 58, Johnson City, passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at Johnson City Medical Center.
Mrs. Salisbury was born on October 24, 1967, in Washington County, Tennessee to Donna Gail Onks Baldwin, Johnson City and the late Eddie Ray Baldwin. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Tammy Lee Bales.
She was a member of Fairhaven United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Salisbury was a former stylist for Nikki’s Hair Salon. She was a former member of FFA member and loved Camping.
Survivors include her husband, Marty Lee Salisbury, Johnson City; son, Nathaniel Leach (Tera), Johnson City; two daughters, Logan Centers, Johnson City and Megan Centers, Elizabethton; grandchildren, Zachary Leach, Hannah Grace Leach, Gabbi Leach, Carter Leach, Colton McGinnis, and Leina Franklin all of Johnson City; brother, Danny Baldwin, Johnson City; and several nephews and nieces.
Funeral services are incomplete.
