Mrs. Donna K. Doty, age 65, of Chuckey, passed away on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at the Johnson City Medical Center from injuries sustained in an accident.
Donna was born on December 19, 1959, to Marilyn Minella and the late Roy Lee Munday.
She loved the beach, watching the sunset, and riding motorcycles. Donna was a member of Second Baptist Church in Jonesborough, Tennessee.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Doty; brother, Russell D. Munday; and sister, Karen Musselman.
Survivors include her mother, Marilyn Minella; children, Justin Weaver (Ashley), Sandy Weaver, Heather Roe (Brandon), and Deborah Bedford (Franklin); grandchildren, Makayla Weaver, Isaiah Sharp, Elijah Roe, Addison Weaver, Arianna Roe and Braxton Bedford; siblings, Len Webb, Marcey Munday, Scott Munday, and Katie Richardson; dog, Bella; cats, Midnight and Mr. Precious; a host of extended family and many friends.
A Celebration of Life Services will be at 3:00 PM, Sunday, September 7, 2025, at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home with Pastor Anthony Roberts and Pastor David Shelton officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 (noon) until 3:00 PM, prior to the service. A Graveside will follow at Maple Lawn Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
