Mr. James Arthur Rudd, age 48, of Jonesborough, passed away at his home on Saturday, June 21, 2025.
James was born on December 30, 1976, to the late James Morgan and Peggy Honeycutt Rudd, in Raleigh, North Carolina.
He was an Assistant Parts Manager for Friendship Auto Dealership. James was a devoted father, family man, and mechanic. He loved drag racing, playing video games, and working on cars.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents.
Survivors are his wife of 24 years, Christina Brown Rudd; daughter, Cheyenne Rudd; brothers, Mike and James Morgan; sisters, Sharon and Shauna; special cousins, Wayne and Penny Alford and their daughter, Haley and son, Chris; best friend, Logan Smith; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
There will be no formal service at this time.
