Mr. Joshua Nelson, age 34, Jonesborough, passed away Friday, May 16, 2025, in Johnson City.

Mr. Nelson was born November 8, 1990, in Fort Myers, Florida, to Brandi Stricklin Nelson (Dennis) and William Kynett (Diann).

He loved to ride his dirt bike, play the drums and listen to music.

In addition to his parents, survivors include two sons, Alex and Kyson Nelson; sisters and brother, Lindsey Nelson, Maranda & Matthew Kynett; grandparents, Kelly Stricklin, Karen Twombley (David) and Dennis Nelson.

Memorial Services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 22, 2025, at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home with Rev. David Reece officiating.
