Mr. Lynn Salts, age 78, of Johnson City, passed away on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at Abundant Christian Living.
He was born in Johnson City, Tennessee, on January 26, 1947, to the late Ralph and Mary K. Salts.
Lynn proudly served his country in the United States Army. After his military service, he ran his own business. Lynn had the biggest heart and was such a hard worker. He loved animals and often cared for stray cats.
In addition to his parents, Lynn was preceded in death by several siblings.
Survivors include his daughter, Chrissy Salts and her mother, Loretta; brothers, Bob Salts and Larry Salts; close family friends, John and Sandy Thomas.
A Visitation will be held from 3:00 to 5:00 PM, Friday, May 23, 2025, at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home.

Sorry to hear about Lynn. We worked together in Security at NFS in early 90s. Lynn was a great guy and fun to be around.

Chrissy, I am so very sad to hear this. Your dad was your biggest fan and I know how close you were! He was a good man who helped so many people (I guess cats too!!!). God bless!
