
Mr. Ronald Harrison Tasker, age 74, Johnson City, passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at Hillview Health Care Center.
Mr. Tasker was born March 5, 1951, in Oakland, Maryland, to the late Donald & Anna King Tasker. He was also preceded in death by a baby sister, Doris Ann, and three brothers, Donnie, Johnny and Monte Tasker.
He was a Crain Operator and Warehouse Manager. He enjoyed bowling, singing, dancing, and watching westerns. He was a lifelong Washington Redskins fan. But most of all, he loved to make people laugh.
Survivors include his wife, Kathryn Donaldson Tasker, Johnson City; daughters, Kimberly Hope, Southport, NC, and Stacy Wilkins (J.R.), Johnson City; sister, Robin Henley (Mike) LaPlata, Maryland; grandchildren, Alex Wilkins (Payton), Rebecca Bradburn (Trey), Garrett Wilkins (Makenna), C.J. Butner, Kaleb Wilkins, Alaysia Wilkins and Deion Wilkins; great grandchildren, Hadley Bradburn, Beau Bradburn, Brantley Jacobs, Tully Love-Wilkins and Blakley Sams; and several nephews and nieces.
A private celebration of life service will be conducted Saturday, May 17, 2025, and in June another one will be conducted in Maryland.
