Mrs. Geraldine “Geri” Ball, age 88, went to her heavenly home on Saturday, January 18, 2025.

Geri was the daughter of the late John and Edith Wiseman Nelson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Ball; siblings, John Nelson, Jr., Earl Nelson, Pauline Whitworth, Frances Laws, Bob Nelson, and Maggie Saults; and granddaughter, Brianna Marie Ball.

Survivors include her children, Janice Clark (Marty) and Billy Ball (Louise Timmins); grandchildren, Jayma Clark, Mallory Guzeev, Brittany Hope, and Haley Aiken; great-grandchildren, L.J. Gunning, John Gunning, Jaelyn Aiken, Jurnee Aiken, Olivia Guzeev, and Drew Pennington; sister, Charlotte Tuten; brother, Ken Nelson; many nieces and nephews all very dear to her.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, February 1, 2025, at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home with Mr. Frank Arthur officiating. Geri will be laid to rest at a private graveside at Salem Cemetery.
