So sorry to hear about John's passing. Another family member (Mike's first cousin) joining our other family members in heaven, even though it is much too soon!!! To Janis, Teresa, Jeff and Farley, if there is anything we can do to be of help, let us know!!! The entire family is in our prayers. May GOD bless all of you in a special way during this difficult time.
Joining my lifelong friend Shawn, I offer praise for a dear fellow, my friend of some 50 years. John was truly a one-of-a-kind, a very smart man who was funny, and quick, and who possessed tremendous talent. A great mimic and joke-teller, he could easily hold an audience of one, or 20, enthralled with the merriment of his stories, and the gleam in his eyes as he did the telling. But foremost, he was decent to the core. He was eternally caring and kind. With deepest sympathy to each of you, his family and dear ones â€" it is bitter to lose him. Still, he is on his way to meet his Savior, and nothing could be sweeter.

John was a great friend who always had an encouraging word during our school days at Crockett. His positivity and kindness left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. I have no doubt he is deeply missed by his family and friends.
While none of us can navigate life without experiencing loss, remembering those we have lost and sharing our cherished memories of them can make that loss a bit more bearable. Each shared memory keeps their spirit alive in our hearts.

Terry and Linda Cole
It was so sad to hear about the passing of John. My wife, Linda, and I have known John since his engagement to Teresa. Our daughters, Donna and Jenny, were in John and Teresa’s wedding. We have always appreciated John’s great sense of humor and his devotion to Teresa and to his children, Ian and Savannah. John will be missed by his family and multitude of friends.
Our prayers have been and will be with Teresa and the family during this tough time, particularly with it occurring over the holidays.
What a joy it was to have John in 4-H when I worked in Washington County!! I still remember him doing "Look out, Ethel!!" by Ray Stevens in the Share-the-Fun Contest when he was an 8th grader. Prayers for all his family. Please have peace in knowing he is in a better place.
