Our thoughts and prayers to all of this great family. Hal was a great friend over the yrs since my childhood days. My father Niles, and some others built he and Bernice’s home along Hwy 36 many yrs ago back in the 60’s. Hal was one of the great Christian pillars in the Gray community. I always loved being around his father that was nicknamed Nip, and Carguille Hale when they cut each others hair. The stories of the early days in Gray from them were priceless. Hal was such a Godly influence to all those around him. We send our prayers and love to the family of this great man!❤️

Sherry and Lori, I am so saddened to hear of uncle Howells passing. He was a great man and a loving man. Every time I hear his name I think of us sweeping that old house out and him having to come up there and kill that snake. Even though everyone was so upset at us for being in that old house he was so calm about it. I can't say I ever heard him raise his voice. He was truly a jewel and will be missed by all! I'll keep y'all in my prayers in the days to come. Cherish his memories and find comfort in knowing he is resting in the house of our Lord now with your precious mama and all who have went on before him. I love y'all!
Howell was an amazing man that I had the pleasure of calling a friend for more than 20 years. I will miss our side-porch conversations. Prayers for all of his family and friends during this difficult time.
