I worked with Nicole way back at SPS, she was always so sweet and funny. My prayers to your family.
My heart goes out to Nicole's family and friends during this unimaginable difficult time. I had the pleasure of partnering with Nicole and supporting the wonderful work she did as a leader at UnitedHealthcare. She had a passion for her team's experience, engagement, growth and development. Nicole consistently participated in meetings and training sessions. She was full of joy and I could count on her to bring a smile to those around her. I appreciated her so very much and she will be deeply missed across the organization. May memories comfort her family, friends and colleagues. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Rev. 21:4.

Nicole will forever be missed by her UHC colleagues. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. Healthcare is a complex business and she always came to work everyday with passion for those we serve with an anything is possible attitude. I can only imagine the person she was to so many she touched outside of work. My deepest condolences to her family and friends.
My heartfelt condolences to the family and friends. Nicole was a pleasure to work with for many years. Continued prayers for family and friends.

I have sooo many great memories of Nicole and family! I could not have survived high school without her! Nicole was an amazing friend back in the day. I will always have fond memories of those days! R.I.P. Nicole! ❤️❤️❤️ Freda and Jarai, I will be praying for you and your family…
Nicole started as a cousin by marriage and ended up my best friend. We traveled some rough roads together the past several years. Nicole was one of the strongest and most determined people I had ever met. When she made her mind up, that was it. No changing no alternate routes. . If she was going to do something it was all the way or no way. She shot straight and honest and was one of the truest friends anyone could ever want. She made me look at the good in myself and what I could accomplish. She made me feel confident and secure about who I was and wanted to be. But she also told me when I was screwing up. Made me think about things and look at myself in a better light. I felt like I could accomplish things that had held me back. I'm so very glad we were brought together as family first and then years later we were put together again in a situation that bonded us as friends for life. We had disagreements and saw things differently at times but we had alot of silly stupid laughs. I knew from Nicole what she said had alot of merit and I trusted her that what she said was true, honest, and right. Even when she was really down she was thinking of ways to build others up. I will miss you so much until we see each other again on the other side. Just don't know who's going to keep me on the straight and narrow and tell me the 100% truth, no bs. Thank you for being my friend and always watching over me. I feel like I failed you as a friend because It broke me to see you that way and I'm sorry,I should have been stronger for you. But I know you and you always knew our friendship was as solid as stone. Till we reunite my dear friend. You are going to love the panda tatto. In honor of our crazy pack to get your first tattoo as a tribute of friendship and strength . Now I have to accomplish what we set in motion. Disappointing you wouldn't be an option.

Nicole had a positive impact on a lot of people at United Healthcare, myself included. She always had a smile on her face, and a positive attitude that was contagious. Nicole never focused on what could not be done, but what could be done. Just a tragic and shocking loss. My prayers are with Nicole's family, friends, and colleagues.

Nicole, although the time was brief that I've known you, I've learned so much from you. You are a fierce business woman and manager who expects but also provides greatness in all avenues. Your presence was felt then and even more now but to be absence from the body is to be present with the Lord and Oh what a joy that must be. To your family, friends, loved ones near and far, may God comfort you and bring peace and understanding. Take time for you in all things and let her amazing life bring peace to us all to know she was loved, she was one of the best things for and to UHC and to all she has accomplished and done for us all, to that I say well done. Love Keyana. #TeamTuckerforlife

My sincere condolences during this time. I have fond memories from our childhood that include slumber parties (which her dad would scare us), and my grandmother having her hair done once a week by Freda. I spent a lot of time at the "beauty shop." Hugs and Prayers for the entire family!!
