Fred was a kind of person that even though you may have just met him you felt like you knew him your entire adult life. Fred was my son’s neighbor (1 floor down). They built a wonderful relationship together over the past 3-4 years. They always tried to help one another when help was needed. Fred joined us for dinner at our home a couple of times (introduced him to some NJ cooking) I was at ease knowing that Fred kind of watched out for our son and his family I am so greatful to have had the opportunity to have met Fred. May you Rest in Eternal Peace Fred
