I am truly sorry for your loss. Johnny was truly a special person to me. He was a true friend dating back to our high school years. The fond memories we made then, and since with he and Nelda shall always stay with me. Johnny had a great spirit and just in recent years with his health issues, I will never forget him saying, “It is what it is”. He knew without a doubt, he had a better home awaiting, I will treasure the video clip of he and Nelda and a friend of mine, singing on my back porch, “Will the Circle Be Unbroken”. Please know you’re in my thoughts and prayers. May the fond memories of Johnny comfort you as they will be.
