Mr. Gary Jay LeRoy, age 72, of Johnson City, passed away at his home surrounded by his family on, Thursday, October 3, 2024.

Gary was born in Lansing, Michigan, on February 23, 1952, to Jay and Barbara Zigler LeRoy.

He was a baker by trade. He enjoyed cooking and baking, and spending time with family and friends. He loved going to concerts and listening music, but his passion was playing the guitar.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jay; four brother, John, Jeff, David, and Terry.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Tammy LeRoy; mother, Barbara LeRoy; sisters, Carol Bahl and Tracy LeRoy; daughters, Jennifer Sims, Jessica Bailey, Sunshine Grindstaff, and Amber LeRoy; granddaughters, Courtney LeRoy, Kendra, Mykalah, and Lyla Grindstaff, Trinity and Aubrey Bailey; grandson, Damon Jenkins, great-granddaughter, Jaylynn LeRoy; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and a great nephew.

A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, November 8, 2024, at 3:00 PM, at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home.
