The passing of “Tommy” as I knew him is shocking. We were fraternity brothers, Sigma Phi Epsilon, at East Tennessee State University, during the 60s and lived at the fraternity house. This past April we reacquainted at the SigEp 70th anniversary at ETSU. Several of us from those days sat together for dinner during the celebration event. I remember Tommy as one of the best dressed in the fraternity. He was a warn and cordial guy. He leaves us with wonderful and everlasting memories. May the peace of Christ comfort the family and those who mourn his passing. VDBL
I am so sad. I will missing our meetings at Food City in Gray on Sunday mornings and talking about days past. I'll miss my text from him on the 21st. Love you both and here anytime you need me.
Sorry about the passing of our dear brother "Toy Ralph". I rejoice in the fact that we got to reconnect during the past couple of years at ETSU homecomings. He was a fantastic host especially with the huge breakfasts that he prepared. Reminiscing about our Sig Ep days at ETSU brought back fond memories of crazy antics and stupid things that we did. Conversations always gravitated to his two grandchildren of which he was extremely proud. My prayers go out to the family. He will sorely missed!

Tom was a wonderful guy who knew everyone and everyone knew him! What a wonderful example he was, in the importance of family and sharing his joy in celebrating all Vols sports! He will be so missed ❤️
