Marcia Arnold, age 69, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at the Johnson City Medical Center, after a lengthy illness.

She is proceeded in death by her parents and her husband, Daniel Arnold.

She leaves behind her children, Kimberly Watrous and Kelly Mashburn and his wife, Natalie; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; siblings; and many nieces and nephews.

She loved crafting, crocheting, stained glass work, cooking, and most of all spending time with family and friends.

We would like to thank the nurses and aides at Franklin Woods & JCMC for all the care and attention they gave her and the friendships that developed. She loved you all!

Marcia donated her body to the East Tennessee State University Anatomical program in the hopes that something could be learned to further medical advancements and may save others from going through what she went through. She was an advocate for Alzheimer’s and the American Cancer Association; both were very close to her heart.

There will be no formal service for Marcia at this time.
