Diana Wagner Kinch of Johnson City passed away on Monday, August 26, 2024. Diana was born on June 13, 1944, in Washington, DC to the late Ray Olin Wagner and Mary Louise Shackleford Wagner.
Diana had worked as an administrative assistant at SunTrust Bank and was active for years in various outreach programs in the Church community. She was a faithful follower of Christ, loved gospel music, and reading books. Diana was known for being a loving mother, grandmother and friend. She cherished spending time with family, feeding the birds, gardens, and cooking for family and friends.
Those left to cherish her memory include: four children, Lori Kinch Rosenoff and husband Glenn Rosenoff, Ray Kinch and Kim, Brantley Kinch and wife Heidi Kinch, and Justin Kinch and wife Laura Beth Kinch; 8 grandchildren, Riley, Jacob, Hayden, Jade, Olin, Carter, Anna Kate, Ty; 3 great grandchildren, Grayson, Waylon, Charlotte; and two sisters, Linda Wagner Clairmont of Knoxville and Vicky Wagner Shelton and husband, John of Knoxville. Other family left to cherish her memory include nephews, John, Clint, and Kyle.
The family is very thankful for the care provided by the staff at Lakebridge, a Waters Community, and Gentiva Hospice.
The family will be holding a private celebration of life to honor the life of Diana.
The family requests memorials in lieu of flowers, made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.

i wanna say to lori and brantlley .im so sorry for the loss of ur mom. i enjoyed taking care of ms diana. she was so sweet .i rememder the most is bringing her those milkshakes. she would ask me to go and get her one and of course i couldnt tell her no.. thank u both for lettiing me take care of her..she will be truley missed..i worked at cornerstone as a caregiver
