Mr. Billie Dean Combs, age 85, of Gray, passed away Saturday, August 10, 2024, at Johnson City Medical Center.

Mr. Combs was born on October 2, 1938, in Washington County, to the late Otis E. & Iva Lucille Early Combs. He was also preceded in death by his twin sister, Bettie Jean Masingale and sister, Shelba Moore.

He was of the Baptist faith.

Mr. Combs retired from TPI Corporation.

Survivors include his wife, Patsy Sue Walker Combs, of Gray; son, Jeffrey D. Combs, of Gray; daughter, Angela Christine Spence, of Elizabethton; sister, Caffie Combs, of Jonesborough; five granddaughters and nine great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM, Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be conducted at 5:00 PM, Thursday, August 15, 2024, at Logan’s Chapel Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be family & friends.
