Mr. Palmer Jack Fannon, age 71, of Telford, passed away on Thursday, August 8, 2024, at Franklin Woods Community Hospital.

Palmer was born in Kingsport, Tennessee, on October 8, 1952, to the late Earl and Nannie Jackson Fannon.

He retired as a contract employee of Eastman. Palmer loved fishing and hunting.

In addition to his parents, Earl and Nannie, Palmer was preceded in death by his brothers, Floyd, Randy and Curtis Fannon; brothers-in-law, Mack Absher and Jerry Payne.

Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Brandy Fannon; grandchildren, Hannah Fannon and Tristen Bradley; brothers, Buddy Fannon (Louise) and Dean Fannon (Lois); sisters, Tiny Absher and Judy Payne; sisters-in-law, Jeannie, Faye and Julie; several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 PM, Monday, August 12, 2024, at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Brown officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 PM, prior to the service. A Graveside will follow the service at Maple Lawn Cemetery in Jonesborough, Tennessee.

Pallbearers will be John Fannon, Chris Fannon, Cody Absher, Dustin Absher, and Brian Nixon.
