Miss Tracy Diane Fagan, age 49, Jonesborough, passed away Thursday, July 11, 2024, at her residence.
Miss Fagan was born on February 5, 1975, in Johnson City to John & Sarah Carlson Fagan of Jonesborough, Tennessee.
She was a former Manager at the Quik Stop Market #31 on West Market and Veterans Way. She loved dogs.
In addition to her parents, survivors include a daughter, Lindsey Flisch, Jonesborough; sister, Mindy Fagan, Jonesborough; her dogs, Miah and Fritz; and several aunts, uncles, and many cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted 7:00 PM, Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Perry Cleek officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 PM, Tuesday prior to the service.
Graveside services will be conducted 10:00 AM, Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at Washington County Memory Gardens.
Pallbearers will be family & friends.

Tracy and I worked at the Shell in Jonesborough on 3rd shift together many years ago. She was my best friend. She was an amazing mom, she loved her family all of her friends. She was just a wonderful person. There are so many memories that I will always cherish. You are truly missed. I love you my friend.

Mindy John, Sarah and Lyndsey, I'm so sorry. Tracy was my best friend for years we went to elementary school together and later in life worked together at 3 jobs. I remember when baby girl was born she's grown now. I'm so so sorry to hear this I'm just in so much shock don't really even know what to say I just can't figure out what to say just I'm so sorry.
