Fred was my friend. We didn’t know each other very long. Maybe two years. He would come to Cormark and buy wood for his turning projects. One day I assisted him in finding wood and that’s where our friendship began. He would come over the mountain every few months to shop. He would share his projects with me and I’d help him find good end grain wood for his next. He was a sweet heart of a person and an amazing wood turner. I’ve been missing him and thought I’d reach out. I hadn’t realized I’d missed the fact that he’d passed. I’m so very sorry for his family. I know they’ve lost a very amazing person. He truly meant so much to me. I know he meant the world to you.
Duke Energy McGuire and GO are just learning of the passing of Fred. We all loved him. So sorry to hear. Mark Sanger sends the following msg
