Mrs. Sara Elizabeth Hale Cutlip Morrill, age 33, of Johnson City, passed away on Saturday, May 11, 2024, at the Johnson City Medical Center.
Sara was born on November 10, 1990, in Johnson City, Tennessee. She is the daughter of Bill and Debi Cutlip and Paul and Kathy Hale. She was their “Sara Bear” and will forever be James’ “Saspa”
She had her Cosmetology Degree and was currently working in Health Care. Sara was an avid singer and a beautiful mother.
Sara was preceded in death by her uncle, Chad Barrett.
Those left to cherish her memory in addition to her parents are her husband, James Earl Morrill III; children, Maria Ann Morrill, Nicholas James Morrill, Thomas Gabriel Morrill, Elizabeth Jade Morrill, and Nolan Ray Morrill; grandparents, Randy Hilbert of Jonesborough, Pam and Duncan Wilson of Jonesborough, and Linda Dellinger of Johnson City; mother-in-law, Julie Ann & Sherrill Keplinger of Jonesborough; brothers, Ken Cutlip (Missy), Richard Cutlip (Lynn) and Andrew Pease; sister, Christy Cutlip; uncle, Josh Hilbert (Stephanie); aunt, Brandy Oerly (Matt); uncle, Gary Barrett (Kari); nephews, Kendle, Keynan, Koda, and Kaden Cutlip, Hudson and Curtis Oerly.
Funeral Services will be at 2:00 PM, Saturday, May 18, 2024, at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home with Pastor Joel Cook officiating. A Visitation will be from 12:00 to 2:00 PM, prior to the service. Graveside will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Lucas Isaiah Morrill Sr., Kendle Cutlip, Ken Cutlip, Matt Oerly and Josh Hilbert. Honorary pallbearers will be Keynan Cutlip, Koda Cutlip, and Kaden Cutlip.

Debi, Bill, Pam, Duncan and Family, My heart aches for you in the loss of precious Sara. I am so sorry that Sara had to go through all this suffering. She was always such a precious young lady and it was such a joy to be around her. She always made me feel like I was a real aunt to her. My prayers are for all of you and we know that she is now with the heavenly angels and no longer in any kind of pain.
I love you with all my heart Sara bear, we will be here for your children as long as the Lord allows. I will miss your sweet face until I see you again. We were honored to be bonus parents. Your family can always depend on me to help in anyway. We love you sweet girl. Till we meet again.
