Mrs. Cora M. Cauble, age 79, Johnson City, passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at NHC Healthcare Center of Johnson City.
Mrs. Cauble was born in Mitchell County, NC on March 11, 1945, to the late James & Vertia Jarnigan Putman and a brother, Wayne Putman.
Cora was a member of University Parkway Baptist Church, where she was on the shut in ministry.
Survived by children, Chris Cauble and wife Annissa (Jonesborough), Cindy Carden and husband Chuck (JC), Carol Chambers and husband Kenneth (Eliz); grandchildren, Courtney Carden, Cody Carden and Charlie Carden.
The family would like to thank the staff and nurses of NHC Healthcare for their love and care, Caris Hospice and the UPBC for their love and especially the cards she received.
The family will have a private family service in Buladean, NC.

Cora and all of her family were one of those treasures here on earth whom we all loved. I know she will be missed and I am so grateful for the honor of calling her a friend. God bless her family during this time and know that our hearts and prayers are with all of you in the loss of this precious lady.
