Mr. Garry VanLandingham, age 69, passed away at his home on Monday, February 12, 2024.

Garry was born on November 11, 1954, to the late Albert Leroy and Marilyn Ruth VanLandingham in Martinez, California.

He enjoyed fishing and driving long road trips. Garry worked 49 years for Drew Exposition. This is where he met Willie. Garry and Willie worked many years together, coming to work the Appalachian Fair and then moving to Tennessee ten years ago.

Garry is survived by his wife, Willie Carter; step-son, Jerry Wayne Carter of Louisiana; step-daughter, Abrana Watson of Kentucky and Kathy Williams of California.

A Family Graveside was held at 1:00 PM, on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at Fairview Cemetery with Pastor Scott Johnston, officiating.
