Mr. Billy Jack Miller, age 74, of Jonesborough, passed away at the Johnson City Medical Center on Saturday, February 3, 2024, with his family by his side.

Jack was born in Johnson City, Tennessee, on November 29, 1949, to the late Clyde and Lottie Ward Miller.

He was a veteran and proudly served his country in the United States Army. Billy retired from the Veterans Administration. He was an avid collector, loved metal detecting and enjoyed photography.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Pamela Miller; son, Christopher Carpenter; sister, Kay Guy and her husband, Daryl; nephew, Daniel Guy; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Betty and Johnny Davis; niece, Fran Davis.

There will be no formal service at this time.
