Mr. Kenneth Homer Hickman, age 79, Johnson City, passed away Friday, October 13, 2023, at Johnson City Medical Center.

Mr. Hickman was born February 14, 1944, in Washington County, Tennessee to Mary Frances Hickman and the late Clarence Hickman. He was also preceded in death by two sons, Tommy Hickman and Randy Hickman.

He worked for the City of Johnson City.

In addition to his mother, survivors include three children, Sandy Terrell, Brenda Smith and Jan Phillips; one brother, Robert Hickman; one sister, Gayle Stewart; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces.

The family will have a Celebration of Life Service1:00 PM, Saturday, October 21, 2023, at 753 Bowmantown Rd. Limestone, Tennessee, with Pastor Roy Ferguson officiating.
