Mrs. JoAnn Brown, age 61, Johnson City, passed away Thursday, October 12, 2023, at Johnson City Medical Center.

Mrs. Brown was born April 18, 1962, in Elizabethton, Tennessee to the late Abe & Barbara Riddle Wishon. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Michael Brown.

Survivors include three children, Patricia Martinez, Ricky Brown and Cathy Brown; grandchildren, Jacob Cole, Brandon Brown, Richelle Brown, Shayleigh Martinez, Chelsea Martinez and Talia Martinez; sister, Mary Jane Greer; and a brother, Cecil Wishon.

Funeral services will be conducted 10:00 AM, Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home with Pastor James Byrd officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:00-10:00 AM Tuesday prior to the service. Graveside services will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery, Johnson City.

Pallbearers will be family & friends.
