Arlen C. Easley III, 70 of Kingsport, TN is safely in the arms of Jesus on September 26, 2023, after a long battle of Frontotemporal Dementia.
Arlen was born Dec. 7, 1952. After graduating ETSU he was employed by TN Dept. of Labor, OSHA Safety division. After 30 years of service Arlen retired from his supervisor position in 2008.
Arlen was a loving and caring husband to his wife, Vicki of 33 years and his children; daughter, Stephanie Byington (Wade) and son, Jacob Stamper (Rebekah). He was absolutely the best "Bidie" to his grandchildren, Micayla Ragsdale (Orrin), Recer Stamper, and Melody Stamper. They will miss him dearly.
Arlen was preceded in death by his parents, Arlen C. Easley Jr. and Stella Mays Easley and brother, Larry.
The family will have a private service to celebrate Arlen at a later date.
In lieu of flowers the family ask you to make a donation to Frontotemperal Dementia or to one's charity of choice.
Arlen was one of the sharpest safety specialists who worked for TOSHA. He was funny, dedicated, and cared about the people who worked for him. I’m sorry he suffered with this illness.
