Cheryl Ann Amey, 65, passed away August 21, 2023.
While her degree was in music, she only taught for a few years.
She worked in New Castle County, DE with Senior Services and in Marion County, FL procuring grants for Seniors and those in need. She enjoyed her family, multiple pets and horse farm. She truly loved to dance with her husband, Frank "Redneck" Amey, Jr.
She is proceeded in death by her loving husband Frank Amey, Jr.
She is survived by her brother, Jim Darsch (Laura), her nephew Jesse Darsch (Amber), and her great-nephew and niece, Jayce and Arwen Darsch. She is also survived by her sisters-in-law, Sandy Newton (Jerry) and Charlotte Amey (Mark).
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Washington County Johnson City Animal Center.

Us at the International Storytelling Center are very sorry to hear of Cheryl's passing. She joined us each week for storytelling and it was always a joy getting to speak with her, she was always very kind. We wish her family peace during this difficult time.
