Ms. Joreen A. Cooper, age 68, passed away at her residence on Monday, July 10, 2023.
Joreen was born in Baltimore, Maryland to the late George & Margaret Cooper on August 17, 1954.
She worked for Homestead Senior Care where she gave wonderful care to many people over the years. Joreen enjoyed going to her family reunions, spending time with friends, socializing and helping her fellow neighbors. She loved gardening and working on her beautiful flowers and most recently she found a love for going to plays.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Lamont Cooper of Arizona, Felicia Mason of New York, and Lawrence Mason of New York; 11 grandchildren; brothers, George Cooper Jr. and Ronald Cooper, both of North Carolina; several nieces and nephews.

Our sympathy to Joreen’s family. May it comfort you to know the blessing she was to our family. We met her through her work with Home Instead. She quickly became a much loved friend. We miss her terribly and will always remember how she touched our lives through her love, laughter and generous spirit.

Train was such a sweet lady. Took care of my stepdad. Became very close friends with my mother. Loved my son like he was her own and always wanted to know how he was doing. She will be greatly missed.
