Mr. Robert “Powell” Milhorn, age 82, Telford, passed away Friday, June 9, 2023, at his home surrounded by loved ones following a brief illness.
Mr. Milhorn was born in Jonesborough, TN on June 19, 1940, to the late Bruce & Louise Harr Milhorn. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Larry, Gary, and Johnny Milhorn, two sisters, Shelby Malone Greene and Diane Chase, four nephews and one niece.
He was a member of Lighthouse Missionary Baptist Church.
Mr. Milhorn retired from Klopman Mills after 32 years of service. He enjoyed the outdoors and spent much of his retirement hunting and fishing with friends.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 57 years, Judy Milhorn; sister, Patsy Brooks; several nieces and nephews, two of which he raised as his own.
Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 am, Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at Fairview Cemetery with Pastor Perry Cleek officiating.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
I spent many days of my childhood at Powell and Judy”s home. Powell was always very welcoming and made you feel at home. He always liked to cut up and make you laugh. I”am so very sorry for your loss. God Bless.

Carl and Tamara Chase
Carl spent a lot of time with Powell talking about old times, sitting around the campfire, and their lives growing up. Powell had a wonderful sense of humor and everyone he met loved him. He especially loved his wife Judy with all his heart. He will be missed by so many family and friends. I am just so glad we got to visit one last time before he passed away.
