Ms. Melissa Anne Hughes, age 54, Jonesborough, passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at Johnson City Medical Center.
Ms. Hughes was born in Johnson City, TN and the daughter of Gloria McCormick Feathers, and the late James Feathers.
Survivors include her children, Noah Hughes and Jordan Hughes (Rilee); sisters, Kelly and Rhonda; brother, Jimmy; grandchildren, Landon, Jade, Kamden, Trey, Julian and Quill; niece, Rachel; nephews, Shannon, Alex and Billy; and many more family & friends.
Memorial services will be conducted 12, Noon, Saturday, April 22, 2023, at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 10:00-12:00 pm Saturday prior to the service.
I was Missie's District Manager at Lane Bryant many years ago and I so many fond memories of Missie! I am so sorry for your loss and I will cherish my memories of her and smile thinking of her fun spirit!

I just heard. I am so sorry for your pain. She was such a sweet, sweet, girlie. I went to middle and high school with her and she worked with me at the hotel in Jonesborough for a while. She will be missed. That beautiful smile and contagious attitude. She will be missed. Prayers for he family.
