Mrs. Robin Joanne Sokol, age 70, Jonesborough, passed away Saturday, February 25, 2023, at Johnson City Medical Center.
Mrs. Sokol was born May 23, 1952, in Brooklyn, New York and daughter of the late Arthur & Evelyn Biglin Trick. She was preceded in death by a sister, Susan Morrell Trick.
She was a member of Fairview United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Sokol worked in Food Service with the Washington County Department of Education.
Survivors include her husband, Pete Sokol, Jonesborough; sons, Peter James Sokol, Richmond, VA and Clint Sokol, Jonesborough; brother, Tim Trick, Johnson City; and grandsons, Lucas Sokol and Allan Sokol.
Memorial services will be conducted 7:00 PM, Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at Fairview United Methodist Church with Pastor Randall Emmert. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 PM Tuesday prior to the service.
Memorial donations may be made to Fairview United Methodist Church 878 Hwy. 81 N. Jonesborough, TN 37659.

Robin is the definition of what a true friend really is! She gave her time, her energy, her feelings, her cheerfulness, her honesty, her loving ways, and her ALL to everyone she knew. I will miss my true friend of over 50 years! Someone who never faltered and was always there. No matter the situation, Robin was there for everyone!
