Mrs. Bettie Leona Privette, age 85, of Jonesborough, passed away on February 08, 2023, at her home surrounded by her family.
Bettie was born on September 10, 1937, to the late Virgil & Ruth Bright Bell in Washington County, Tennessee.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Privette, Jr.; son, Emmanuel Privette; daughter, Sharon Williams; sisters, Kathryn Laughren and Mary Sue Bell.
Survivors include, granddaughter, Leah Bailey (David); daughter, Janice Brown (Mike); son, Dennis Privette; great granddaughter, Rilie Bailey; brother, Roy Bell (Mary Emma); several nieces and nephews; special niece, Dawn Sparks; sister-in-law, Naomi Hall.
The family will have a private gathering at a later date.
