Mr. Clarence “Chuck” H. Belcher, age 70, Jonesborough, passed away December 6, 2022, at the Johnson City Medical Center with his family by his side.

Mr. Belcher was a native of Presque Isle, Maine, and was the son of the late Elmo and Florence Willette Belcher. He was also preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.

Mr. Belcher proudly served in the United State Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.

Chuck enjoyed drinking coffee at the Telford Diner and watching Fox News.

Survivors include his children, Crystal Harris (Billy), Jason Belcher (Holly), Zachary Belcher, Abigail Belcher, Makayla Belcher, and Temperance Belcher; grandchildren, Hunter Harris and Hannah Harris; sister, Beth Franklin (Denny); brother, Paul Crock (Carla); and several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life for Chuck will be held at 6:00 PM, Monday, December 19, 2022, at New Hope Brethren Church, 352 New Hope Road, Jonesborough.

Honorary pallbearers will be Dave Love, TJ Bunteu, Wayne Rupert, and Warren Browder.

I was thinking about Chuck just the other day looking at the ferns he'd dug up and given to me. I worked with Chuck for several years and he was a rascal but a sweetheart (usually). ; -) I will miss him. My Heart goes out to his family.
