Mr. Conrad F. Smith, age 71, of Erwin, passed away at the Johnson City Medical Center on October 16, 2022.
Mr. Smith was the son of the late William and Annie Edwards Smith.
Survivors include, wife, Jean Smith; daughter, Susan L. Smith of Atlanta; son, Henry Smith (Shannon) of Jonesborough; son, James N. Smith of Erwin; grandchildren, Sherod Smith, Isaiah Smith, D’Juan Rollins, Eli Smith, Alondra Smith, Evanna Smith, Brady Autrey, Raena Kalinowski-English and Keara Hairston; 4 great grandchildren.
The family will honor his wishes by having a private celebration.
Well , well cuzzzz you done went and left us! So sorry for this loss and this hole in my heart right now! The many years we spent growing up together and the many memories , and Laugh we created and shared!! The photo is so much You and That Half Cocked Smile, I knew the cogs and wheels were in motion! However the results was always a mystery, for i never knew what was comming out, but knew it would bring a smile to my face Tooooo!! Our time and adventures on the hill , forever will remain with me! And when i want i can go there and laugh!! R I P Cuzz , will miss our times together!
