Mr. Michael David McAllister, age 38, Jonesborough, passed away September 30, 2022.
He was born in Elizabethton to Michael Eugene McAllister and Lisa Reed McAllister.
He was an electrician and worked for Ace Electric and enjoyed wood working. He was a 2002 graduate of Daniel Boone High School.
He was survived in addition to his parents two sons, Michael Javan McAllister and Jordon David McAllister; two sisters Cynthia Powell and husband T.J. and Jennifer Stettner; five nephews and three nieces.
Funeral services for Michael will be Friday October 7, 2022 3:00 at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home. The family will receive family and friends from 2:00 to 3:00 PM prior to the service.
Graveside service will follow at Fairview Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Bryson Duffield, Ethan Powell, T.J. Powell, Chris Grasty, Cohen Stettner, Aaron Thornburg, Michael Javan McAllister, and Jordan Mcallister.

Michael Bollette
I have not seen Michael for many years now. Him and I were friends all through school. Elementary and high. I just learned of his passing. Michael was always able to bring a laugh or smile to my face and sure to many others. It's crazy how so many years have passed to where I know he and I have become strangers, yet I feel such sorrow for not keeping in touch with him. I'm so sorry this happened to him. God please be with Michael's family and I'm sure Michael is spending his eternity in the presence of our lord. Rest in peace my old friend.
Michael was such a very special person. He could always make me laugh even on the most difficult days. He had such a big heart and loved his family more than anything. I miss him everyday, but I know he is flying high. I love ya, Mikey. Until we meet again!
