Ms. Elsie Hensley, age 84, Telford, passed away Thursday, September 22, 2022, at Lakebridge Healthcare Center.

Ms. Hensley was born in Washington County and the daughter of the late Carmen & Delitha Blankenship Hensley. She was also preceded in death by two brothers and five sisters.

She attended Mt. O’Dale Free Will Baptist Church. She loved to sing in church.

Survivors include two sisters, Helen Goodman and Phyllis Jones, both of Telford; two brothers, Brown Hensley, New Jersey and Ralph Hensley, Limestone; favorite friend, Virginia Barnes; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be conducted 7:00 PM, Saturday, September 24, 2022, at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home with Pastor David Green and Pastor Dwayne Riddle officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 PM, Saturday prior to the service and other times at the home of Ralph Hensley, 365 Tilson Rd. Limestone, TN 37681.

Interment services will be conducted 2:00 PM, Sunday, September 25, 2022, at Fairview Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be family & friends.
