Ms. Sammons was born August 4, 1978, in Champaign, IL and the daughter of the late Robert & Laura Mayshark Ritter.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Taylor & Roy Young, Jonesborough; grandson, Reed Young; brother, Cyrus Nichols (Amanda); sister, Chelsea Byrd (Billy); and several nephews.
