Mrs. Louise Pauline Peters Blevins, passed away Tuesday May 31, 2022 at Lakebridge in Johnson City.

Mrs. Blevins was a native of Ft. Blackmore, VA and the daughter of the late Charles Buren and Gladys Presley Peters. She was also preceded in death by sisters Nancy Gillenwater, Marie Parris, Margaret Lane and Lorina Hays and a brother C.B. Peters.

Mrs. Blevins retired as a legal Secretary. She received a Bachelor’s Degree from ETSU.

Survivors include her children, Mark Rhea (Patsy Young), Vickie Laughters (Mark), Kim Anderson and Jeff Rhea (Sheri), grandchildren, Sarah Moore (Isaac), Marcy Rhea (Christian), Austin Fender (Sabra), Daniel Anderson, and Cortney Rhea; three great grandchildren; sisters, Barbara Jean Carter and Ella Sue Deakins; several nieces and nephews.

The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
