Mrs. Nina “Joetta” Oswald, age 68, Johnson City, passed away Thursday, April 28, 2022, at Johnson City Medical Center.
Mrs. Oswald was born May 29, 1953, in Johnson City, TN and the daughter of the late Joseph & Doris Gosnell Talton. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Frank Oswald, brothers, David Talton and Dennis Talton, two nephews, Kevin Costner and Travis Costner.
Survivors include two sons, Ronald Adkins, Cleveland. Ohio and Joseph Adkins, Jonesborough; grandson and love of her life, Kaden Adkins, Johnson City; siblings, Michael Talton, Johnson City, Jennifer Costner (Terry), Cleveland, OH, Sherry Norton (Dennis), North Carolina and Margaret Fossett, Parkersburg, WV; and several nephews and nieces.
