Mrs. Zollie Berry, age 87, Jonesborough, passed away Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at the Johnson City Medical Center.

Mrs. Berry was a native of Cocke County, Tennessee, and the daughter of the late Lattie and Geneva Caldwell Dockery. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Dwight Berry, brother and sisters, Donald Dockery, C.L. Trentham, and Edna Haney, brothers-in-law, Furman Haney, Herb Miller, Graden Trentham and Norman Williams, sisters-in-law Louise Dockery, Freida Dockery, and Charlotte Dockery.

Mrs. Berry retired from Belk’s Department Store as Division Manager after 25 years of service. She was a member of First Church of God of Johnson City where she sang with the Wings of Eagles trio.

Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Sandra & Kenny Fox, Limestone; son and daughter-in-law, Jerry & Beth Berry, Jonesborough; grandchildren, Brittney Berry, Jacob Berry (Katie), Jonathan Fox (Jill), and two great-grandchildren, Harper and Kennedy Fox; Sisters, Verlie Williams and Marie Miller; Brothers, Bob Dockery and Conley Dockery (Pauline); and several nephews and nieces.

Private memorial services will be conducted at First Church of God of Johnson City with Pastor Ron McEwen officiating.
