Deepest sympathy to you and your family. We are sorry we didn't know about this sooner. Much love and prayers.
I worked with Steve at Eastman. Great friend, always enjoyed being around him. Our prayers are with the family for the days ahead.
Was very sad to hear about Steve! Has been probably 6 years or more since I talked to him. He was happy with where he was in life and talked a lot about family and the different projects he was involved with. I have nothing but great memories of him and I know he touched a lot of lives. You and your family will be in my thoughts!

Dear Bishop Family,
I fondly remember the Bishop family and was sad beyond words to hear of Steve’s passing. One of I my lasting memories of Steve was sometime in 1976 when I bought my first car, a VW bug with standard transmission. Since I didn’t know how to drive it, Steve drove it from the dealer to Martindale for me and spent time teaching me how to drive it around our neighborhood. Life leads us in many directions…I wish that I had found a way to tell him how much that kindness meant to me. Reading about his life, it is readily apparent that he lead a very productive and honorable life filled with devotion to family and service to his community, leaving this world much too soon. Please know that I will keep you all in my prayers. With deepest sympathy, Anne Amstein Rogers

I'm so very saddened to hear of Steve's death, and I'm sorry that he had to suffer with covid. My sympathies and prayers will foremost be for his family I worked with Steve in Stores Department at Eastman many years ago, but I remember him and his kind disposition very well. He was a super nice guy.
Sorry for your loss just take one day at a time. I know it’s going to be hard here at Christmas time. But we don’t want to have our loved ones back and suffer.
