Lois P. Johnson, age 97, passed away Saturday, June 27, 2020 at her home.
Lois was the daughter of the late Tom & Mary Duncan Johnson.
She worked as a hand painter at Southern Pottery and later retired from Mayes Brothers Tool Co.
She was the oldest member of Enon Baptist Church and had served in positions there.
She was preceded in death by her twin sister, Lola Johnson and sisters, Julia Vines, Myrtle Treadway and Laris Ann Peterson; and one brother, Walter Johnson.
She is survived by one sister, Lorene Adkins and one brother, Charles “Tommy” Johnson and wife Brenda, with whom she had lived with for the past eleven years. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins and a special cousin, Shirley Cutshall.
Graveside services will be held at Seviers Methodist Cemetery Sunday, July 5, 2020 at 6:00 pm with Pastor David Effler presiding.
Pallbearers will be family.
