Dear Hardin Family, We want to extend our heart-felt sympathy to your special family. My mother, Olivia Kyker, enjoyed being a teacher in Washington County Schools during the time Mr. Hardin served as superintendent as well as my brother and I were students during that time. He was great! We also valued the commitment he had to the school board and making our community a better place! So proud that he served our country as my Dad did and we will never know this side of heaven how many times they risked their lives for our freedom. His involvement in farming is also a great asset to the community and to the world. May God bless each one of you as you remember the special years you shared with this beloved man! (I personally always remembered the love, smiles, and kindness that Helen showed to me which is an extension of your special family) Looking so forward to heaven!

I am sorry for your loss. I worked for Dallas at the Upper East Tennessee Educational Cooperative between 1991 and 1996. He was very knowledgeable and easy to get along with. He brought a lot of insight into the educational system and will be dearly missed.
